Executive Summary:

Noel Noel has 30 years experience in the resources industry, mainly in Western Australia and China, and most recently has been involved in reviewing and assessing hydrocarbon projects in Australia. He is also involved in locating, securing, managing and exploring resources projects for a number of junior companies. He is a geologist and manager with gold, diamonds, copper, nickel, zinc, coal, petroleum, iron ore and uranium experience. He is Principal Consultant of Longbow Geological Services Pty Ltd and has been a founder, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of junior mineral exploration companies. He has worked in open cut and underground mines and as part of gold operation executive management teams.

As a successful manager and explorer he has been responsible for, or has assisted with, the discovery, definition, resource calculation, feasibility, development and mining of a number of significant resources and mines. This includes the discovery of the Harlequin gold ore body at Norseman, which is the start of a new mining centre and he helped to bring the RAV8 nickel sulphide project near Ravensthorpe through feasibility to pre-production which involved liaison with resource consultants, stock brokers and financial institutions. Operations experience involved producing, supervising and signing-off on company annual mineral resource statements.

As a consultant and project generator Noel has worked in a variety of roles and gained exposure to project financing and corporate structures. He has a detailed understanding of Chinas mineral industry and operating environment and has explored in Brazil, as well as reviewed opportunities in Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vanuatu and Burma.

Noel is an excellent planner and manager and takes prides in integrating different types of exploration data while maintaining tight cost-control to safely complete exploration projects within budgets and forecasts. In other types of development and management roles he is similarly able to maintain tight cost control while still encouraging initiative and lateral thinking.

Noel is very computer literate with expertise in Arcview and Mapinfo / Discover GIS applications as well as MS Office. He some experience with Micromine and Surpac mining software, project management software and many other software applications which range from database maintenance and manipulation to drawing package and even web-page developer programming languages.
